All Kids Can Thrive was founded on a simple yet powerful idea: when adults feel supported and empowered, all kids can thrive. We believe every student deserves a chance to succeed, and that starts with supporting the dedicated educators and families who make it happen. We unlock the potential of all learners by supporting the educators who teach them and the families who love them.
Recognizing that a child's success also depends on school choice, we have expanded our services to assist families navigating the complexities of the educational landscape. We partner with families relocating to Phoenix to understand their child’s educational needs and figure out the best school options, ensuring a smooth transition for the whole family.
We envision a future where every educator feels confident and equipped with practical tools and fresh strategies to create classrooms where every single learner can succeed. We also envision a future where every family feels confident in their school choices and empowered to advocate for their child's educational journey.
We offer a range of partnership opportunities to support school communities and individual families. Whether it’s an impactful workshop for your staff or personalized support for your family, we are here to help. Our services include:
Customized Professional Development: We design and deliver learning experiences tailored to your district's specific goals and challenges.
Impactful Workshops: We lead dynamic, single-day sessions that give educators practical tools they can use immediately.
Ongoing Instructional Coaching: We provide sustained, job-embedded support to help teachers refine their practice and build confidence.
Full-Scale District Initiatives: We partner with district leaders to plan and implement comprehensive programs that create lasting change.
Family Relocation Support (Phoenix): We partner with families relocating to the Phoenix area to understand their child’s unique educational needs, navigate school options, and ensure a smooth academic and social transition.
